Q: How do I participate in this promotion?
A: Only players who have received a letter from People's Postcode Lottery with instructions on how to claim their Sainsbury's eGift card are eligible to participate.
Q. How long do I have to claim my Sainsbury's eGift card?
A: This date can be found on the letter you will have received from People's Postcode Lottery inviting you to claim your M&S eGift card.
Q. What happens after I claim my eGift card?
A. When you have entered your details to claim your treat, you will receive an email with your eGift card attached. You can then use this at any participating Sainsbury's store or online. You can show your eGift card to staff at the checkouts or scan at a self-service machine.
Q. Are there any terms & conditions i need to know about in relation to my Sainsbury's eGift card?
A Sainsbury’s eGift Card is for use within the supermarket or online worth up to the value of £5. The recipient can purchase items greater than the total value of £5 by paying the difference. The recipient can purchase items for less than the total value of £5 and use the balance at a later date. The eGift Cards can be used at participating Sainsbury’s outlets in England, Scotland and Wales only. eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone, through the Sainsbury's Groceries mobile app. eGift Cards cannot be used at Sainsbury's Petrol Stations, in the pharmacy, any concession within Sainsbury's or at any Sainsbury's concession within third party retailers.
